Is it wrong for my mon to give me a bath @ 14?

My parents are trying to save up on the water bill so they limit the number of showers. Anyways my parents take a shower together and my mom makes me take a bath with my baby brother of 2. I try to refuse and say I’m old enough to give myself a shower. But then she says "any your old enough to understand our debt. now get in."

The thing is its so embaressing because she washes me herself with a wash cloth everywhere on my person, AND I MEAN EVERYWHERE DOWN THERE! and dries me afterward. Not to mention my brother is there too. What do I do? Should I go to my friend’s house to shower? I try to ask my dad but he has no control and is scared of my mom! Help!

When I met my husband two years ago he had a box of baby wipes, baby oil and baby powder in the bath room. I asked what the baby wipes were for, he said to wipe his bottom with. What is that about?

Why is it called a baby shower?

I went to a baby shower and a before I left the house my kiddo’s had a quick question wanting to know why we were giving a baby a shower….meaning a real shower….and my kiddo wanted to know why not a bath for the baby? Cause my kiddo wanted to know who gives baby’s a shower….like don’t baby’s prefer baths…

bedwetting baby not sure if i’m ready to have a g/f or not?

hewoh, i started wetting in my sleep when i was 13 now 18. i do it everynight, and in the day where i have to wear a diapee with baby pants (toddler bummi size) with baby on back over them. at first when it started, i felt like such a baby. now more and more i’ve become a baby, and have a lot of baby things (bottles and soothers), and stuffed animals. i even have rails on my mattress like a crib, so i don’t fall out. i don’t feel comfortable without having my soother with me all the time. and i rarely use the potty even for anything, it just comes out. i’m comfortable with who i am, but sometimes i think some girls aren’t. i want to have a g/f but i don’t think i can, since i’m not sure she will be cool with everything. it’s not something i can help, as i think it’s just part of who i am. my mamma buys me some baby stuff like bubble bath and other baby things. should i try to find a g/f or not?
THIS IS SERIOUS, i don’t think it’s a joke. and some answers are really not nice!

i had a very early potty training that didn’t go well, so up until 13 i did have accidents, though i didn’t wear a diapee.
i don’t do it on PURPOSE! i have been to see doctors, but there is nothing physically wrong, and no I’M NOT DISABLED!

We were all having a wonderful time in the bath tub just relaxing and bathing and then I felt so guilty that my husband and my grandpa had to watch our baby. I know that isn’t a man’s job, but they were so nice to do it anyways. We must have been bathing for atleast 30 minutes. How can I repay my husband and my grandfather for being so nice to babysit?

Husband and wife arguing about baby's nail! Who's right?

So my husband can be a clean freak at times, (only when it’s convenient to him) Anyways. I just got done cleaning our place and giving my 5 month baby a bath and I decided to cut his lil nails.
Well, my hubby walked into the room in the middle of me cutting his nails and he said: "Where are you throwing the nails that you’re cutting off? and I said, what the heck do I know, they’re landing wherever they’re landing, I guess on the floor?"
and can you believe that he said "OMG that’s awful, why don’t you put the garbage can by you and throw them in the garbage?"
I was like, WHAT? First of all, Have you even cut the baby’s nails? his nails are not like OUR nails, I can’t barely see them to cut them, never-less picking them up from the floor, not to mention, is hard enough for me to cut his nails as it is, do you think I have time to pick each one up?? What’s the vacuum cleaner for?
and he went off talking about that attracting dust-mites, anyways. I went off at him to for being so crazy and now he’s mad at me? I’m ignoring him!
We have a dog for God’s sake, I think whatever dandruff the dog brings in is worse than a tiny lil baby nail? He probably had a bad day.
Anyhow should I apologize? or do you think he should apologize to me? We barely fight, but I think this time I’m right…

He’s a good guy and I’m thinking about apologizing first, but I don’t think this time I have to…
HAHAHA THATS what I thought! I understand he helps with the cleaning, but i dont think a lil nail could do any harm!!

I’m not trying to make excuses for him but he really helps out a lot around the house, but I think that the nail thing was a bit too much. He’s never mean, but he truly made me mad and I wanted to make sure I wasnt over-reacting, but I’m glad to know it wasnt me.
