How can I ask a family member to stay away from my baby because they are a smoker?

I have a family member that is flying out to visit us. My baby is 6 months old and after all that I’ve read about "third-hand smoking"…I really don’t want them to go near my child. Smoking toxins stay on hair and clothing after you smoke and can harm small children. This person always smells like smoke even if they brush their teeth and wash their hands. This is freaking me out. Advice please…

If anything will hurt the child, it will be having paranoid parents. You need to learn to relax.
If second hand or third hand smoke was as dangerous as you believe it is, there would be nobody alive in their 50s and 60s.
